This recently renovated, spacious and refined apartment is perfect for accommodating up to 7 people. The apartment welcomes you with a living room furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a table and everything you need to cook, while the spacious dining room is equipped with an ultra-large and smart TV screen, with access to Netflix, Amazon-video, Disney-Channel and other channels. In addition, in the living room you will find a sofa bed with an orthopedic mattress.
The smart look locks will provide you with a temporary code for access. You will also find Nespresso coffee pods and herbal teas for breakfast, while plastic plates, cutlery and glasses are stored in the kitchen cabinets.
The water throughout the building is filtered and softened with a self-cleaning and self-regenerating resin system, sterilized monthly.
Upon request, an additional cleaning can be BOOKED FOR A FEE. For large groups or in the presence of children, the owner may require a deposit which will be returned on the day of check out.
Located just 2. 2 km from the historic center of Piacenza and very close to the Piacenza and Sant'Antonino clinic, it is ideal for leisure vacations as well as for business or group trips.
