Different melodies resonate in our rooms, bearing the names of Ethnic, Classical, and Jazz. Until 2013, this was our home, but now it has been lovingly transformed into "B&B Casa Val," offering simple yet cozy and comfortable spaces. Wood and stone are recurring materials, in harmony with the peaceful atmosphere of a mountain village, not far from the city.
We are located in Quincinetto, a town in Canavese, on the border between Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta, just a few kilometers from Ivrea and the province of Biella.
Our property is situated along the route of the GTA (Great Alpine Traverse), in a central position at the entrance of the Aosta Valley. This makes it a strategic starting point to visit the main tourist destinations in the area. In less than an hour, you can reach practically all the ski resorts in the Aosta Valley. But not only that, historical attractions like the Bard Fortress have also been revalued, and the area lends itself to activities such as hiking, running, mountain biking, climbing, and paragliding. These territories are already appreciated for their wines (Carema, Donnas, Arnad), typical products, and gastronomic tradition.
Quincinetto, in particular, is known for its excellent restaurants.
Breakfast, an important and very personal moment: therefore, you have the opportunity to choose between two types of breakfast, based on your preferences.
"Classic" breakfast:
Croissant or cake, biscuits, toast, cereals, homemade jams, mountain honey and local butter, hot and cold beverages (coffee, milk, tea, espresso, fruit juices).
"Rich and leisurely" breakfast (attention: you might not feel hungry for lunch!):
Compared to the "classic" breakfast, it offers a richer buffet, with freshly cut fruit, creams, yogurt, muesli, eggs, and above all, a platter with local cured meats, sausages, and cheeses.
For breakfast, we mainly use local and traditional products, carefully selected. In this way, we want to let you discover the resources of the territory and aspects of our gastronomic culture that we believe deserve to be highlighted.
Our platter, in particular, represents the meeting between Piedmontese and Valdostan traditions: beef and pork salami, potato salami (boudin), lard and mountain cured meats, samples of tome, fontina, and other local cheeses of different ages. All of this can be paired with our varieties of mountain honey, jams, and local butter.

Located on the first floor attic, the Classic Room has a panoramic balcony. In addition to the double bed (separable) is a practical and comfortable sofa bed for two people. It shares the bathroom with the ethnic room. Equipment: 1 double bed (separable), 1 sofa bed for two people. Based on the needs of the guests (large families or groups) can make available the entire first floor (classic room ethnic + room + bathroom for the exclusive use).
Also on the first floor, the Ethnic room has two single beds convertible into a double if necessary and it also a sofa bed for two people. It shares the bathroom with the classic room. Facilities: 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed for two people. Based on the needs of the guests (large families or groups) can make available the entire first floor (room + Ethnic classic room + bathroom for exclusive use).
On the ground floor, with a large picture window, the Camera Jazz is the most comfortable and spacious; It has a service for the exclusive use with large shower. Complete floor Ideal for families or little groups is the complete plan, (Camera Etnica+ bathroom + Camera Classica): the exclusivity of the entire first floor allows independence within the structure and the presence of two separate chambers ensures greater respect for marital intimacy.
