The Villa on the Cliff of Punta Formiche is a unique structure consisting of four apartments, each offering a spectacular view of the sea, with three sea stacks and a natural arch.

Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts, including a kitchen-dining room, a cozy living room, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. There are also three bedrooms, ideal for 4 or 5 people, air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower cabins, TV, and Wi-Fi connection. We also provide bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit for personal hygiene.

Within the property, there is parking for cars, a laundry room, and outdoor showers. For entertainment, you will find a regulation-sized bocce court, a barbecue area, and a typical Sicilian outdoor oven.

Just 100 meters from the house, you will find a small sandy beach ideal for children, as the water gradually deepens. There are also rocky areas with splendid seabeds for more experienced swimmers.

The villa is located in a secluded position, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only a few kilometers from the lively Marzamemi and the peaceful village of Portopalo di Capo Passero. Furthermore, within a 20-50 minute drive, you can reach eight municipalities that are UNESCO World Heritage sites. In 25 minutes by car, you can reach the Vendicari Nature Reserve.

Our territory stands out for its wild nature and relatively little influenced by humans. Those who choose us do so for this very reason. It is true that sometimes, due to storms, seaweed can accumulate on the beach, but this is a natural phenomenon due to the presence of posidonia, which is a positive sign. This phenomenon usually resolves itself within a short time.

The beach is not very crowded, and the cliff on which the house is located offers a breathtaking view, unobstructed to the horizon. This situation may not be suitable for those who prefer crowded and equipped beaches, but it is perfect for those who love to be in direct contact with nature and desire to experience something authentic and rare.
