The villa has an independent entrance, with convenient parking in front of the gate and a surveillance system to ensure your safety. Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the last one with a single bed (with the possibility of adding an additional bed or crib).
The living area features a spacious and welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table for up to 8 people. Additionally, there are two comfortable bathrooms, both with showers. To complete it all, you can enjoy a large courtyard with a barbecue and a relaxation area, with comfortable armchairs and a small table, perfect for outdoor dinners and aperitifs!

By crossing the "SS 125 Orientale Sarda" road, you can comfortably reach the wonderful Costa Rei in about 30 minutes (where you can visit "Lo Scoglio di Peppino"), or you can choose the lively Villasimius and its summer promenade with the marvelous beaches of Porto Giunco, Simius, and Punta Molentis.
