The villa has an independent entrance, with convenient parking in front of the gate and a surveillance system to ensure your safety. Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the last one with a single bed (with the possibility of adding an additional bed or crib). The living area features a spacious and welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table for up to 8 people. Additionally, there are two comfortable bathrooms, both with showers. To complete it all, you can enjoy a large courtyard with a barbecue and a relaxation area, with comfortable armchairs and a small table, perfect for outdoor dinners and aperitifs! The Nerea Holiday Home is equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay unforgettable. The entire property is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi connection, a smart TV, and essential appliances such as a dishwasher (for a fully relaxed holiday) and mosquito nets to ensure peaceful nights.
