CasaTitta combines the comfort of a top hotel with the pleasure of hospitality in a home-like environment. It offers 4 rooms with private bathrooms and breakfast included (Giada, Pistacchio, Cobalto, and Sabbia), 1 independent apartment ("Cannella") with a kitchen where guests can prepare their own breakfast, and 1 room (Ardesia) without breakfast service. All accommodations are located in the same building, on different floors, which is conveniently close to Maciachini metro station (yellow line) and Marche metro station (lilac line). This means that CasaTitta is well connected by the metro network to the city's main points of interest, such as the Duomo, La Scala, the Prada Foundation, the Navigli, San Siro, Rho Fiera, Fieramilanocity, the Central Station, and the Garibaldi Station. The building dates back to the late 1920s and the apartment has been completely renovated. Please note that the elevator is old but functional.
For the rooms on the third floor (Giada, Sabbia, Pistacchio, Cobalto), breakfast is served in the dining room around a large table from 8:00 to 10:00. Outside of these hours, guests can use a common area equipped with a stocked fridge, kettle, and a "nespresso" machine to make tea or coffee, as well as biscuits and other treats.
The breakfast is in the Italian style and includes coffee or tea accompanied by quality bread, homemade sweets, butter, honey, jams, freshly squeezed citrus juice, cereals, and yogurt. Upon request, we can prepare an "English breakfast" with eggs, cold cuts, and/or cheese.
In the rooms/apartments on the second floor (Camera Ardesia, Monolocale Ardesia, Cannella), breakfast is NOT INCLUDED as the accommodations are equipped for self-preparation. Upon arrival, guests will find some complimentary products.

The room has a single bed, a very nice but small bathroom with a shower. Like all the other rooms, it has a TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
