DETACHED HOUSE WITH A WONDERFUL SEA VIEW
Immersed in a fascinating landscape, both cultural and natural, overlooking the deep blue of the Mediterranean, Casa Tina is a typical Ligurian house located on the hills of Moneglia.
The GARDEN is very welcoming and offers many possibilities for relaxation: two pergolas, a whirlpool, a double hammock perfect for a short nap, and a pergola with a table ideal for outdoor dining. Additionally, there is a barbecue available for our guests.
In addition to the garden, guests can take advantage of a large and private parking lot (located at the same level as the entrance of the house) of approximately 150 square meters. The entire area is fenced, so pets can move freely.
WHIRLPOOL: The use of the whirlpool tub is only allowed in the months of May, June, July, August, September, and until October 15th. Upon arrival, you will find a manual with the rules of use.
During the winter season, to heat the house in addition to the warm air from the air conditioners (which, on the contrary, cool in summer), a pellet stove is available at a cost of 5 euros per bag (average consumption: one bag every two days).

Pleasure, my name is Fabio, I'm 60 years old and I was born and raised in Sestri Levante.
In addition to being a family man, I am a freelancer. My profession is the Surveyor. I am a person who has many passions; but the sea and sport (rowing, hiking and motorbike) are my greatest passion! I madly love all of this. In 1990 I bought a ruin and over the years, with great dedication and sacrifice, I made it into the house you see in the photos.

Welcome to my home
The Crova area, where the apartment is located, is situated approximately 250 meters from the sea and is mainly characterized by olive groves and vineyards. To reach the apartment, it is necessary to travel along a paved road that is quite steep, covering a distance of about 100 meters. The neighborhood is intersected by an ancient pedestrian path that is connected to the network of hillside trails and leads to the nearby town of Moneglia in about 30 minutes.
Getting around the area is very easy. There is a bus stop located approximately 200 meters from the apartment, near the center of Crova, which goes up and down to Moneglia several times a day. It is very convenient to plan a descent in the morning and an ascent in the evening without having to move the car.
Furthermore, there is the possibility of renting scooters or electric bicycles by calling the OASI campsite, which is located 1 km away. The campsite also has a small market and a well-stocked bar.
