Casa Silvana country house is located in Alba, the capital of the Langhe region. Less than 2 km from the historic center, you will find yourself in an authentic country farmhouse, finely restored in every detail, surrounded by woods and vineyards. All accommodation options are carefully designed, equipped with modern comforts, without compromising the original style of the house. The 100 sqm infinity pool and the two sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, the 1000 sqm lawn with fruit trees, rose gardens and laurel hedges, and the garden overlooking all the rooms, guarantee maximum tranquility and the opportunity to fully enjoy the colors of the sky and the surrounding hills, in every season.
Casa Silvana is less than three minutes from the city of Alba where, walking through the streets of the center, you will find numerous churches of different periods and styles, the gothic cathedral of San Lorenzo, the town hall and the medieval towers, as well as the remains of the ancient Roman walls. The city also offers its visitors a wide range of possibilities to discover the treasures of the area, guided tours, E-bike or Vespa rental, and proposals for food and wine itineraries that will be illustrated by the tourist office located in Piazza Risorgimento. Casa Silvana Country House is also the ideal starting point to visit the territories of the Langhe and Roero: getting lost in the many small villages to discover local craftsmanship, culture, castles, or take a tour of the wineries, visit the Fenoglio places that still maintain their "wild" and authentic charm, all while enjoying the incomparable spectacle of our lands.

We offer our guests a large infinity pool (open from 1 june to 30 settembre) a beautiful garden equipped with armchairs, chairs and tables, free parking and the possibility of returning at night. Each room has a private bathroom with a crystal shower, free wifi, air conditioning, coffee machine and kettle. During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities: trekking, cycling/mountain biking, food and wine tours, cultural itineraries, guided tastings.
Our rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 travelers in: 1 "Family Room" for a maximum of 4 people (two double beds), equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, air conditioning, and TV. 1 "Apartment" for a maximum of 6 people (three double beds), with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a hairdryer, internet access, air conditioning, two TVs, and private living areas. 1 "Double Room" for 2 people, equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, air conditioning, and smart TV.
Even your four-legged friends are welcome at our property. The staff will be able to provide you with the necessary information in Italian, as well as in English and French.
We enjoy cooking and we prepare abundant and varied breakfasts every morning. When possible, we collect fruit directly from the trees in our garden and carefully select the products we serve, giving priority to local producers and small farmers in the area. The breakfast includes both sweet and savory options to satisfy all tastes. We will be happy to accommodate special requests such as vegan, gluten-free, or other special diets. Breakfast is not included in the room price, but it is available in two versions: traditional or brunch. We provide guests with a "my way" coffee machine, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, and a water machine.

"La stanza Manu'" is a 15 mq. double bedroom with a spacious cupboard, and a private newly built bathroom. In this tiny little jewel facing the garden, you will feel safe and cuddled as you were sleeping in a nest.
More than a nest, StarsBox is a synthesis of shelter and travel. A box of dreams, where you can get stunned by the stars and lit up of fresh dawns. A little tent and a little hut, offers protection but you can open it up to the sky to stage what most aesthetic nature can offer.
Suite Cristina is a very charming and cozy 60 mq. suite. In the main bedroom, you'll find a typical wooden double bed "a barca", marvellously matched to modern pieces of designed furniture and Persian rugs. Next to the bedroom, is an ample living room with a TV and an extremely comfortable double sofa bed. From the corridor, you have direct and private access to a spacious refurbished bathroom and to a walk-in- closet.
Beautifully renovated early 1900's proprerty, Casa Silvana is a 150 mq elegant, charming and unique flat. It offers a main open space, with a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a living area with couches, armchairs and TV, and a double bedroom on a mezzanine, with the direct access to a newly refurbished bathroom with shower. From the open space you have access to another double room on a mezzanine and a lounge room with a sofa bed and TV, and direct access to the second bathroom with shower.
