Located in the charming medieval village of Balbiana, a district of Manerba del Garda, it serves as the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hectic pace of everyday life, offering an atmosphere of genuine serenity.
The rooms are tastefully decorated with antique furnishings and solid wood pieces, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Each room features a private bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer, and towel set. The tables and chairs in the rooms allow guests to enjoy a peaceful breakfast or work in a cozy and quiet environment. The entire sleeping area is situated on the second floor of the building, ensuring a high level of privacy.
The B&B is accessible via a municipal road that leads to a serene single lane, setting the stage for the charm of the village and the stunning views of Lake Garda. Guests can take advantage of an internal private parking area, accessible through two gates, ensuring a worry-free stay in an authentic and rejuvenating setting.
Breakfast is a special occasion and is served directly by the owner in your room from September to May. During the summer months, you can enjoy it on the new terrace or in the lounge on the ground floor. We provide a variety of fresh and packaged items, both sweet and savory, including seasonal fruit, jams, and yogurt. We are always happy to accommodate your specific requests. Welcome to our little piece of paradise! I'm Silvia, the owner and manager of this establishment. I'm a full-time mom to two wonderful children, and running our bed & breakfast allows me to spend valuable time with them.
At our place, you can also indulge in moments of relaxation with the treatments we offer. You can choose from a soothing massage, a session of foot reflexology, or a unique Dien Chan facial beauty treatment.
I love being surrounded by nature; my husband, our children, and I take care of our vegetable garden and our olive trees, which produce delicious extra virgin olive oil available for guests interested in it. We look forward to welcoming you for a refreshing and authentic stay!
