Casa Sadde
Casa Sadde is an ancient stazzu (traditional Sardinian farmhouse) dating back to the late 1700s. It is a family home with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, located in a peaceful countryside area in Sardinia. It is a tranquil oasis where you can take a break and relax outdoors.
Since 2012, we have opened our doors to guests from around the world. We offer them the opportunity to rent an independent guest room, called the SUITE, which is separate from the main house but shares its gardens.
The suite consists of a bedroom on a loft with a full bathroom, and a bright living room with white sofas and full-height sliding doors that overlook the garden. Although we do not offer breakfast at the property, the suite is equipped with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for the exclusive use of our guests.
The suite also has a private outdoor kitchen located in the barbecue area in the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners, a sink, and everything you need for cooking and dining. The mini fridge is located inside the suite. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a table and chairs and is surrounded by a lush garden where you can enjoy meals.
There is a large garden surrounding the house, and guests are invited to enjoy this outdoor area with wifi access. This is the only part of the property that you will share with other guests. It is a wonderful place to relax, dine, read, or simply have pleasant conversations until late in the evening.
Nest is a cozy intimate space with an independent entrance from the backyard. It features a lofted queen bed and a relax area on the main floor with sofa and floor-to-ceiling glass door overlooking the garden. The room has AC and mini fridge. (Please note that the loft measures 160cm at the highest point). From the room you step into an outdoor patio with a fully equipped outdoor kitchenette, featuring a 2 burner gas cooktop, sink and everything necessary to indulge in cooking and dining at your own pace (a mini fridge is inside the room). The patio, where the table and chairs are, is surrounded by the garden, making it a unique setting for your dinners. room nest amenities: - private bathroom - ac/heating - hairdryer - queen size bed on the loft - mini fridge - fully equipped outdoor kitchenette - set of linens and towels for 2 people - room cleaning service and towel change every 3 days - weekly bed linen change
Our guest suite, ideal for 2 ppl, is a beautiful space with lofted bedroom and light-drenched living room with white sofas and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors overlooking the garden. It is equipped with AC and mini fridge. It features an outdoor patio and is detached from the main house with which only shares the gardens. For groups of up to 4 people it is possibile to rent, along with the Suite, also the bedroom Apposentu. Apposentu features its own bathroom, an independent access but it is also connected to the Suite through an internal door, making it an ideal solution for families. Please note that Apposentu features an antique bed that measures 130x190cm. The Casa Sadde is located 25 km away from the port and airport of Olbia, in an area rich in natural reserves and little frequented trails, a true paradise for trekking and excursions enthusiasts. We will be happy to accompany you in discovering these enchanting places, providing you with valuable suggestions and travel directions.
Just a thirty-minute drive from Casa Sadde, you will find some of the most beautiful beaches on the eastern coast: Cala Brandichi, Porto Taverna, and La Cinta, the magnificent bay of Capo Coda Cavallo, the picturesque village of Porto San Paolo, from where you can depart to visit the protected marine area of Tavolara. These are just some of the easily accessible destinations from here.
