Our houses are delightful and represent small all-comfort jewels. They have been completely renovated and carefully furnished, paying particular attention to details such as the use of slates, lights, and colors. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a well-equipped kitchen/living area, a double bedroom, and a nice bathroom with a large shower. Children are welcome and we provide a crib and high chair. You will find everything you need, including appliances, utensils, bed linen, and bath towels, as well as essential supplies. Moreover, we will provide you with a guide with our recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.
In the Casa Rosa, Casa Arancio, and Casa Oro apartments, you will also find Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. We will also provide useful information about parking. Although you can easily get around on foot, there are also convenient buses and subways nearby. The cleanliness of the apartments is impeccable upon your arrival! Please note that we do not live on the premises, so it is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance.
Check-in is scheduled by 8:00 PM. If you need to check-in after 8:00 PM, please ask for our availability before making the reservation. We do not accept check-ins after 10:00 PM under any circumstances.
These residences are ideal for a relaxing vacation, providing guests with the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. You can delight in preparing a delicious breakfast for yourself using the Italian coffee maker (moka) and toaster that you will find at home. If you prefer to enjoy breakfast at a café, don't worry! Casa Orefici is located right on Via degli Orefici, a charming street situated between the Aquarium and the Cathedral. In front of this building, you can admire the famous bas-relief "The Adoration of the Magi," a marvelous work from the 1400s. We recommend using Google Maps to appreciate its strategic location! This area is pedestrianized and safe, even at night. From here, you can reach all the main attractions on foot in just a few steps, and you also have convenient connections to the subway and buses. Casa Orefici is situated in the vibrant heart of old Genoa: in the immediate vicinity, you will find a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The use of a car is not necessary, but in case you need one, we will be happy to indicate where you can park. About a six to seven-minute walk away, you will find a 24-hour public garage at a cost of 24 euros per day. Please note that we do not live on the premises, so it is important to communicate your arrival time in advance.
