The apartment is located just 5 minutes away from all necessary amenities, but enjoys a quiet position immersed in the beautiful countryside of Gemonio. In front of the accommodation, there is an equestrian center that offers the opportunity to take lessons or go for relaxing horse rides (it is necessary to book at least one week in advance and establish the prices directly with the equestrian center).

The location is ideal for pleasant walks, exploring mountain bike trails, running in the woods, and practicing trail running in the picturesque Campo dei Fiori park.
