The Casa Milà is a beautiful, restored 18th-century house located in the historic center of Pretoro (CH), an ancient medieval village at the foot of the Majestic Majella mountain, 602 meters above sea level. This place is immersed in the picturesque Majella National Park, just a few kilometers from the exclusive ski slopes of Passolanciano Majelletta.
Don't miss the opportunity to visit the wolf wildlife area and the beautiful "Regional Reserve of Valle del Foro", which since 1991 has been declared a protected natural area of Abruzzo and will amaze you with its characteristic rock mills. The Casa Milà has been carefully furnished, maintaining its original style and using precious materials from the area, such as Majella stone and wrought iron. In addition, it has been designed to be eco-sustainable and environmentally friendly.
The rooms are perfect for admiring one of the most beautiful panoramas in Italy. You can admire the horizon of the Adriatic Sea, which stretches infinitely, from the heights of the Majestic Majella. Here, you can literally touch the sky with a finger, in an unspoiled landscape that will leave you breathless.
During the lovely season, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast outdoors, under the charming gazebo located in the square. However, during winter, it will not be possible to taste breakfast as usual. Our cozy inn is located in the old cellar of the building, entirely hand-carved into the rock by our ancestors during the harsh winters of the past.
