On the first floor of a typical Ligurian house, this fully renovated and furnished apartment, available from January 2025, provides a cozy and functional environment for a comfortable stay. Accommodating up to four guests, with the option for a fifth upon request, it is the perfect choice for those seeking a practical and well-equipped place to stay. The addition of the optional bed may limit the available space, so it’s advisable to review the photos before booking.
The apartment consists of two rooms, featuring a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Upon entering, you’ll find a double sofa bed, a TV stand with storage, and an ottoman that can convert into a bed. The second room includes a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a second television. The modern and well-maintained bathroom offers a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and a courtesy set with intimate soap and hand soap.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washer-dryer, coffee machine, kettle, and complete dishware. For a worry-free stay, bed linens and a set of three towels are provided for each guest, along with coffee capsules, tea, sugar, household cleaners, and laundry products.

After several experiences as visitors in tourist apartments, we decided to focus on welcoming travelers. This is our second apartment. After rewarding years, we made the decision to sell the first one and move to a more tourist-friendly area. We did it! We are confident that the experience gained from both perspectives – first as guests and then as hosts – has enabled us to achieve very high standards for our future visitors. Welcome to the entrance of the Pigna, the charming historic center of Sanremo, which ranks second in size in Liguria, right after Genoa. Here, we find ourselves in the vibrant heart of the city, just 50 meters from the bustling fruit and vegetable market. Every Tuesday and Saturday, until 1 PM, a popular market frequented by tourists takes place nearby.
The pedestrian area of Sanremo, filled with shops and busy venues, is just a five-minute stroll away. The sea, the marina, and the famous Piazza Bresca, known for its lively evening atmosphere, are only a few more steps away.
Sanremo is a sprawling city, but by staying at CasaMIA, everything you need will be within easy reach, with all amenities located within a maximum radius of 1 km, including the train station, bus stops, and Flixbus services.
