The Residence is elegantly located within the San Bartolo natural park, positioned 900 meters from the coast and 300 meters above sea level. Its location on a gentle hill offers a dry and pleasant climate, in contrast to the typical humidity of the nearby bay of Cattolica, which is only 3 km away. This secluded retreat extends over 7 hectares of garden and woodland, accessible through a private 500-meter driveway from the main scenic road. Each apartment boasts an independent entrance, ensuring ample space and privacy for guests, both in the green spaces and in the common areas near the pool.

The farmhouse, lovingly restored in respect of its historical roots, accommodates a maximum of 30 people and is adjacent to the park's hiking trails, including the renowned "Roof of the World," which offers spectacular views of the sea. All trails are also accessible to your pets. The nearest beach, Baia Vallugola, is a peaceful cove located 900 meters away, characterized by two bathing establishments, restaurants, and limited tourist presence, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere.

For the convenience of guests, we offer free WIFI connection and a video surveillance system for the common outdoor areas. Our apartments are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bed linen with regular changes, and we offer the possibility of daily cleaning service upon request. During the summer months, a daytime reception service is also available.

Our facility is committed to environmental sustainability, using renewable energy, rainwater recycling systems, and reclaimed materials. Although we do not face water issues, we encourage responsible water usage among our guests. To ensure maximum comfort, rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily.

The residence is located 7 km from the Cattolica motorway exit and 3 km from Gabicce Mare. We accept prepayments by credit card or bank transfer. Additionally, our managers are available to provide assistance in both Italian and English, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable.
