Casa Mally is an eco-friendly guesthouse located in Osimo, set within a recently renovated villa completed in 2024, thanks to the Ecobonus and Sismabonus initiatives. This facility is fully electric and emissions-free, featuring a photovoltaic system, ceiling heating, and air conditioning in every room, along with charging stations for electric vehicles. With an elevator servicing all three floors and accessible facilities for those with disabilities, Casa Mally also welcomes small pets and boasts a large private garden, perfect for relaxation.

Accommodations include two double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a room with two single beds. For those seeking a more independent option, there is a studio apartment with a kitchen and private bathroom, accessible directly from the garden. A fully equipped communal kitchen is available upon request. Guests can take advantage of a garage with three car spaces and two motorcycle spaces, in addition to external parking.

Casa Mally is situated just 600 meters from the historic center of Osimo, with convenient connections provided by a lift system and nearby public parking. The location is ideal for exploring the picturesque villages of the region and the beautiful Riviera del Conero, only 15 km away. The property is well-connected: the Ancona train station is 20 km distant, while Raffaello Sanzio Airport in Falconara is reachable within a 35-minute drive.

We offer a wide range of amenities to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay: free Wi-Fi throughout the property, in-room television, laundry and ironing services upon request, and daily cleaning. Each room features a private bathroom with a hairdryer and bidet, and we guarantee linen changes every two days for optimal comfort.
