Casa Maddalena Family comprises of three elegant 85 sqm apartments, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay in the city of Sassi, European Capital of Culture 2019. The apartments are located on the raised ground floor, second floor and ground floor, and offer all the necessary comforts to guests, including heating and air conditioning. Two apartments have balconies and windows, while the ground floor apartment has a fenced courtyard and a veranda. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, allowing guests to cook and have breakfast comfortably. Casa Maddalena Family also has a hall below the structure, where garages are available for guests. The structure is located along Via Nazionale, one of the city's main streets, close to all services and shops, such as supermarkets, telephone services, bakeries, and fruit markets. The distance from Sassi is about a 20-minute walk. Each apartment consists of two double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed, a large living room with an orthopedic double sofa bed, two bathrooms (one for each apartment), and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, refrigerator, and stove. Internet connection and LED TV are available to guests, as well as air conditioning and autonomous heating. Each apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6/7 people, and the manager provides guests with the necessary linen and crockery. The garages under the structure are available for a small supplement of 10 euros per night.
