The Selvette Farmhouse offers a selection of fully furnished apartments, of different types and sizes. Depending on your needs, you can choose between studios for two people or one-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to four people.
All apartments are equipped with every comfort and have an independent entrance, ensuring maximum privacy. Moreover, the entire structure is surrounded by greenery, creating an extremely cozy and familiar atmosphere.
In the garden, a large swimming pool is available for refreshing during the summer season, and a cheerful barbecue will allow you to end the day in a joyful way.
Our location is strategic: just 50 meters away you will find the bus stop for Perugia and the surrounding areas, while 800 meters away you can access the E45, which will allow you to reach the main Umbrian destinations in a few minutes. Finally, just five minutes away from the farmhouse, you will find the Ponte San Giovanni train station.

Good morning everyone, my name is Nadia and I have been the manager of Casale le Selvette since 2005. Here, I handle all the activities, from welcoming travelers to managing communication.
I decided to pursue this profession to follow my passion. What our guests appreciate the most is the warm and family-like atmosphere that we offer them.
Our farmhouse is conveniently located between the charming cities of Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia, and not far from other important art cities in Umbria. We offer our guests the opportunity to use bicycles and barbecue facilities during their stay. Additionally, we are happy to provide information and tips on cultural excursions, wine and food tours, cycling routes, scenic trails, museum visits, and much more.
