The rural house offers two suites and a standard room, all equipped with air conditioning, LCD color TV, electronic safe, WiFi, and a view of the private garden.
• "Spring Suite": a Junior Suite (25 sqm), a double room in a unique setting, LCD TV, air conditioning, minibar, private bathroom, whirlpool bath and shower, terrace with garden view, and seating area.
• "Ivy Suite": a suite (27 sqm) consisting of two communicating rooms without separation, LCD TV, air conditioning, garden view, and private bathroom with massage bathtub.
"Antique Pink Room," the smallest room, can accommodate two guests; it is equipped with LCD TV, window with garden view, and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
The farmhouse, unique in its structure, is very welcoming and offers various indoor areas reserved for guests, such as the large living room and spacious eat-in kitchen.
There are also outdoor relaxation areas with access to the park, solarium, gazebo (where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner), barbecue area, and children's playground.. an ideal atmosphere for all families!
If you are traveling by car, don't worry because we offer you the possibility to park for free in our private parking lot!
The entire house is perfect for families with children or infants thanks to all our facilities and spaces! The rooms are very spacious.
The living room is equipped with a 60'' LED TV where children can watch one of our 200 available movies or play with Lego. And when the weather is nice, they can relax in the garden or have fun playing foosball!
Upon awakening in our charming farmhouse, you can enjoy the melodious singing of birds and admire the panoramic view of the surrounding park - a genuine delight for the eyes. And afterwards, a true feast for the taste buds awaits:
You can indulge your palate with a fragrant cappuccino and freshly baked croissants, along with our delicious chocolate or stracciatella muffins, accompanied by fresh bread, yogurt, jams, honey, and anything else you desire. It will all be served on our cozy terrace or in the lovely gazebo during the beautiful seasons, or, in case of bad weather, in the comfortable lounge or breakfast room - spaces specially equipped and exclusively reserved for our guests.
Furthermore, you can personalize your breakfast according to your tastes and dietary needs by filling out the appropriate menu the evening before.

The " Rose Room" is a double standard room, with private bath (Jacuzzi shower), window with garden view, TV, safe and wi-fi.
The "suite Edera" is a very big suite whcich can host till 5 guests. It has private bath with jacuzzi shower (with chromotherapy and Radio FM inside it). TV , air conditioning and a beautiful view on the garden!
The "Spring suite" is the biggest room in the B&B (26mq). it has a big terrace with beautiful view on the garden, tv, big private bathroom with shower and whirpool Jacuzzi.
