Casale de li Canti
Located in an archaeological area, Casale de li Canti is a beautifully restored ancient rural house, set against a backdrop of centuries-old olive trees and an exotic beach. Its stone walls, carrying stories and songs from the 'Serrazzè neighborhood since the 1700s, are found in the deep south of Salento. Below lies Pescoluse, a seaside resort in Salve. More precisely, Casale is situated in the western part of Salve, on a gentle hill (90 meters above sea level), with a view of the sea and surrounded by lush vegetation of olive trees dating back to the 18th century.
The entire property consists of 6 rooms of various sizes, ranging from 10 to 18 square meters, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. In the charming lounges, you can enjoy breakfast with local products or simply relax while reading a good book. Outside, you can make use of the equipped areas with gazebos and barbecues. The kitchen area is reserved exclusively for staff, unless there are exceptional arrangements or specific needs. Here, the feeling of being on a peninsula is tangible, and the protagonist everywhere is a crystal-clear sea, proud in its shades of turquoise and emerald green.
Set amidst a charming century-old olive grove, you can indulge your palate with a delightful and plentiful breakfast. It consists of freshly baked pies and cakes, locally sourced organic yogurt, and refreshing fresh fruit juices.
For those who prefer a savory option, we offer warm bread, friselle (a type of bread), tomatoes, and our exquisite extra virgin olive oil.
Upon request, we are delighted to arrange pleasant poolside aperitifs or outdoor barbecues.

The sea, with its shades of blue, is a proud sight that you can admire from our tower, from the edge of the pool, or while taking a walk in the garden of Casale de li Canti. If you are looking for an oasis, you have found it: here you can relax and have space all to yourself, thanks to the two hectares of centuries-old olive grove that surround our place. Here, you will be completely immersed in new scents, colors, and flavors. Take a deep breath, observe everything around you, listen to the sounds of nature.
