This typical farmhouse in Emilia is surrounded by greenery and located just a few kilometers from Reggio Emilia in the direction of Modena. It offers rooms with a kitchenette, hairdryer, and ample parking. The rooms are cleaned daily.
Guests are housed in two spacious and bright rooms (one of which can also be triple or quadruple), allowing them to be in contact with nature even from inside the house. Both rooms have bathrooms.
The living room is the third bedroom and can be double or triple. This room has a shared bathroom.
In addition to the rooms and bathrooms, there is a kitchen, living room (with a sofa bed), a beautiful breakfast room on the ground floor that can also be used at other times of the day for reading, playing, or dining, the porch of the B&B, the garden, and the porch in the back of the farmhouse.
There are dogs and cats on the farm.
Our breakfast consists of typical and organic products, carefully chosen to offer you a healthy and authentic culinary experience.
This farmhouse is the story of a dream of being able to host and live pleasantly in harmony with nature just a stone's throw from the city. Hence the idea of ??moving here (I am originally from Liguria) and giving new life to the farmhouse and transforming it into a small B&B to host the world in my home.
I have maintained the rustic and simple character of the early 1900s, when it was built, creating a warm and informal environment, with the spirit of respect, welcome and sharing.
The farmhouse is immersed in nature and is eco-friendly, committed to promoting the local area. The presence of fireflies between late spring and early summer is a clear sign of a healthy and clean environment, as well as one of the many fascinating shows that nature offers us. In short, it is my refuge open to the world, to the cultures and stories that you will bring and share.
