Located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, just a 10-minute walk from the Basilica della Porziuncola, our home provides a warm hospitality in a family-friendly atmosphere, perfect for exploring Assisi and the wonders of Umbria. Thanks to its central location, it's easy to reach historic Umbrian towns like Perugia, Spello, Spoleto, Montefalco, and many others, either by car or public transport.

On the ground floor of the house, the guest apartment features two double bedrooms, with the option to add a single bed, as well as an external bathroom. The garden surrounding the property, lovingly maintained by Marcella and Lanfranco, serves as a relaxing oasis for adults and a safe space for children. The enclosed parking area adds convenience to your stay.

While we do not provide food and beverages, there is a café and several restaurants just a short walk away where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian dishes. Nearby, you can also find a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a bus stop for Assisi. Upon your arrival, we will be happy to offer guidance on Franciscan sites and tips to enhance your experience in Umbria.
