Casa Gelso is located just 600 meters from the sandy beach of San Menaio, one of the largest beaches along the Gargano coastline, set in a serene natural environment surrounded by olive trees, citrus groves, and Mediterranean plants. The cottage that houses the accommodation is positioned between Rodi Garganico and Peschici, in the tourist area of Vico del Gargano, making it an ideal spot for those looking to unwind amidst greenery, just a short distance from the sea.

The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi access, a hairdryer, a barbecue, and a shared laundry room with a washing machine. There is a reserved parking space available within the courtyard. Bed and bath linens are not provided. To reach the beach or the town center, which offers all necessary services, it is advisable to use a car due to a short uphill stretch; however, it is just a minute’s drive or a roughly ten-minute walk.

Thanks to its strategic location, Casa Gelso is perfect for those who enjoy an active vacation. Excursions can be organized in the Gargano National Park, boat tours along the coast departing from the Rodi Garganico marina, visits to the Tremiti Islands, the trabucchi (traditional fishing platforms), and marine caves. The historic centers of Rodi, Peschici, Vieste, Vico del Gargano, Monte Sant’Angelo, and San Giovanni Rotondo are easily accessible. On hotter days, the Foresta Umbra provides coolness and trails to explore on foot, by bike, or through guided jeep tours.
