CasaGaia is a delightful hotel (I love calling it that) located on one of the most beautiful and central pedestrian streets in the city, Via Firenze. On the first floor of an elegant building, you will find 6 finely furnished rooms equipped with all modern comforts, welcoming guests in an atmosphere of warm and elegant simplicity. Even in the breakfast area, the design harmoniously blends with lines and curves to start the day off right with a tasty and abundant breakfast. Furthermore, CasaGaia offers an apartment solution to meet the needs of family groups who desire the convenience of a home with a kitchen, or groups of friends who want to share spaces. The apartment, located on the sixth floor of a building with an elevator, is close to the hotel on one of the city's central streets, just a short walk from the sea and all services. It consists of a spacious and bright living room, a kitchen with a balcony and sink, a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, a spacious double bedroom, and a twin room that can be converted into a double, as well as a convenient storage/pantry. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but floor fans are available. Wi-Fi is not available. Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm and check-out must be done by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Descending from a magnificent wooden staircase, one finds themselves strolling along Via Firenze, one of the most famous and central streets in Pescara. Bars, cafes, taverns, and shops characterize the entire pedestrian area, and in just 5 minutes, one reaches Piazza Salotto, the vibrant heart of a lively and dynamic urban center, hosting numerous events. One absolutely cannot miss the experience of an aperitif in the sun or at one of the many trendy bars, followed by dinner or a drink in one of the typical venues, until late in the evening. The Casa Gaia Bijou Hotel Bed & Breakfast is located just a hundred steps from the sea, with its splendid and wide sandy beaches and a variety of beach resorts that enliven summer life along the coast, from morning to evening. Upon request, we can also provide bicycles for those who wish to appreciate the beauty of the city by pedaling.
