Casa Formica is a small and peaceful Bed & Breakfast located in Cascina, near Pisa. The best solution for visiting the main art cities of Tuscany and at the same time enjoying a seaside vacation by easily reaching the nearby locations of Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia, and a bit further away, the famous Versilia. The B&B Casa Formica was born from an idea of Iacopo Formica and his mother Cristina. For many years, they wanted to give an identity to their hospitable character, involving the whole family. They have thus created 3 houses for all people looking for hospitality and discretion. The structure is able to guarantee the services and comfort of a traditional hotel, but with that extra touch of home. The structure is also surrounded by a 2500 sqm garden equipped with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. On sunny days, it is possible to have breakfast outdoors. It is also possible to rest after a busy day or read a book under a large mulberry tree. A play area with a swing and slide is available for our young guests. Indoor space with table football for adults. The B&B Casa Formica offers two accommodation options: Casa di campagna Mary with a maximum of 3 beds - Appartamento Formichino with a maximum of 4 beds. The country house Mary (over 80 sqm) consists on the ground floor of a masonry kitchen, with a large lofted living room. Upstairs is the bedroom (35 sqm) with a double bed, a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The Formichino apartment is a recently built rustic-style annex, about 40 sqm. The apartment consists of a kitchen/dining room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On-demand TV service is available (Netflix, Sky Cinema, Prime). Ample indoor parking and free wifi. N.B. There are domestic cats in the garden. No pets are allowed.
