Our Room & Breakfast is located in a two-story building that exclusively belongs to our family. On the second floor, my wife Elisa and I, after whom the bed & breakfast is named, have completely renovated an apartment where we have set up four rooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a shared kitchen where breakfast is served.
The apartment is furnished in a modern style with touches of design, enhanced by a home automation system, thermal insulation, and underfloor heating.
Each room, with its own specific features, is dedicated to the prestigious "jewels" of the Motor Valley, allowing guests to feel an integral part of the territory even during moments of relaxation, where engines represent a distinctive element of strong identity.
This building, where we have chosen to reside for a few years, is a very special place for us: it was Elisa's grandfather's house, who was a carpenter. His workbench, where you can still see the marks of time and his work, will welcome you in our reception.
The sweet and savory breakfast is served in the kitchen located on the same floor as the rooms.
Guests can prepare their own breakfast using the items provided by the host in the fridge and on the kitchen shelves.
The kitchen is fully equipped and reserved for breakfast.
Furthermore, there is a designated space in the fridge for each room, where guests can store drinks and other items during their stay in complete autonomy.

"Casa Elisa" is located in a very convenient residential area, within walking distance of both the historic center and the train station. Both can be easily reached on foot and are directly connected to the property via BUS line no. 7. This line also connects the neighborhood to the Modena Policlinic and the main universities.
Furthermore, it is very convenient to reach the ring road that surrounds the city of Modena. It is possible to park for free along the street in front of the property without any time restrictions.
If available, there is also an inner courtyard where parking can be reserved.
