Welcome to Casa di Monica, a holiday residence located just ten minutes from the historic center of Orvieto.
The history of this house begins in 1943, when the mother and grandmother of those who now manage this three-hectare estate made it a place of welcome and tradition.
Here you can relax, breathe clean air, and immerse yourself in endless nature. The affection that has always bound this place to its history makes Casa di Monica the ideal place to immerse yourself in the Umbrian countryside and appreciate the wonders of the surroundings.
Casa di Monica offers guests the entire country house built of tuff, a volcanic rock that retains warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
The residence is spread over three floors and consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is on the second floor, and a triple room with one double and one single bed, as well as a bathroom. On the ground floor, just after the entrance, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a television, and a second bathroom.
During your stay, you will have access to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator with a freezer in the kitchen. Our philosophy is to make you feel at home. For this reason, we have thought of services that will make your stay pleasant and allow you to breathe in the familiar atmosphere that Casa di Monica has preserved since 1943.
In the living area, with external access, you can relax with the television, books, and dining table. Outside, you will find an equipped garden, perfect for enjoying summer days, including a kitchen area with a barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and an economical stove. The property has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor, near the entrance, and one on the first floor, closer to the bedrooms.
Casa di Monica also offers a covered parking space and a safe with a key at your disposal free of charge. It is easily accessible via an asphalt road that connects it to the historic center of Orvieto, as well as Bolsena and Civita di Bagnoregio.
Breakfast is not included in the price. Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen to independently prepare their meals.
