Livia's House is located in a charming village in southern Sardinia, in Sant'Anna Arresi. A 5 km road, with an adjacent bike path, connects the village to the beautiful seaside resort of Porto Pino. The latter, with its white sand dunes and a 3 km beach protected by a bay, surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees, has become an internationally renowned tourist destination.
Livia's House is a two-story structure. On the ground floor, you will find the Bed & Breakfast and the private residence of the owners, while on the first floor, there are 4 comfortable studios.
On the ground floor, there is a lovely courtyard where you can access a barbecue area, outdoor showers to rinse off after the sea, a shared laundry room, and a playground for children.
Livia's House also offers a fenced car park, right in front of the building, which is free for guests.
The apartments are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a kitchen complete with all necessary accessories and air conditioning. Livia's House is located in the center of the village, conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pastry shops, and much more.

Here, under the shade of the veranda, you can exchange greetings and make new acquaintances. The breakfast is of a classic style and includes milk, coffee, fruit juices, jams, and croissants. Alternatively, you can choose a savory breakfast with ham, cheese, and eggs. Of course, there is no shortage of homemade tarts and typical sweets to delight your palate with traditional delicacies.

Luciana, Massimo, Leonardo, and the sweet dog Stich are the team and family that manage this establishment. For a long time, the family has been split between Cerveteri (Rome) and Sant'Anna Arresi in the Southwest of Sardinia, where our establishment is located. Every opportunity was a chance to return to Casa di Livia, in that picturesque village where you can breathe the air of the sea and traditions.
Casa di Livia is much more than just a guest facility. For our family, it represents an authentic and simple way of living in nature and creating connections with people. All our guests who have visited have left and taken with them experiences, memories, moments of joy, and above all, new friendships.

Livia's House is located in Sant'Anna Arresi (SU), in Sulcis Iglesiente, in the southwest part of Sardinia.
Sulcis Iglesiente, one of the oldest territories in all of Sardinia, offers numerous attractions to admire in this southwestern corner of the island. There is no shortage of beaches, sea, traditions, a thousand-year-old history, food and wine, and festivals.
