Our bed and breakfast is brand new and offers 4 double rooms, 2 of which have a kitchenette. Additionally, we have common areas where breakfast is served.
The breakfast we offer to our guests is sweet, but upon request, we can also prepare a savory breakfast. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know.
Each room has a bathroom and is cleaned every 3 days. Towels are changed daily and sheets every 6 days.
We are happy to welcome children and provide a crib and high chair.
Small pets are welcome.
For smokers, a terrace is available. Guest parking is free.
We offer special discounts for long stays. Upon request, check-in and check-out can be postponed.

Giò's House is located in San Giovanni al Natisone, in the picturesque village of Bolzano. This charming retreat is conveniently reachable via the main road that connects Udine to Gorizia. The strategic position of the property makes it equidistant from both Udine and Gorizia, and it provides the opportunity to explore the fascinating towns of Manzano and Cormons in the vicinity.
