Our delightful Italian breakfast buffet offers a variety of homemade biscuits, pastries, and jams, fresh bread and croissants, fresh fruit and yogurt. Upon request, we can also accommodate vegans and those who are gluten, lactose, or egg intolerant. If guests desire, we can also offer an "international" breakfast with delicious local cold cuts, cheeses, and much more. The selection of breakfast pastries includes both classics such as fruit or jam tart, apple cake, and chocolate cake, as well as specialties typical of our region like rose cake, Mantuan cake, St. Biagio cake, crumbly cake, St. Luigi ring, and "pebbles". Our jams are prepared with the finest available fruits, such as apples, lemons, and ginger with cane sugar, pears and lemon zest, kiwi, apples, and vanilla, oranges and lemons, strawberries, peaches, and plums.
