The bed and breakfast is located in the heart of the historic center of the town, in a charming house dating back to 1500. In the old part of the house, you will find the tavern and the kitchen, where breakfasts are served, and a room with a private bathroom. In the dependence, there are two other rooms, also with private bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy the garden with a solarium and the swimming pool. For sports lovers, there are hiking trails in the Adrara valley, a pool with slides nearby, a lake for windsurfing and sailing, a rock gym, tennis courts, and golf courses in the Franciacorta area.
A few steps from the town center, you will find a restaurant, a take-away pizzeria, a bar, and various shops.

The breakfast we offer at our Bed & Breakfast includes a variety of tasty homemade jams, as well as natural honey. We will serve you croissants and fresh bread, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit juices, cappuccino, and coffee. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy cheeses, ham, and eggs.

Eugenio, Valeria, and Giulia have been living in this 16th-century house for 15 years now. Thanks to the recent renovation of a part of the residence, we have managed to fulfill our dream of providing hospitality to those who appreciate the charm of old houses in a familiar atmosphere, where tranquility and relaxation are guaranteed.
And so, the adventure of opening a bed and breakfast began. With this venture, we hope to partly finance our project, but fundamentally, we are fascinated by the idea of meeting new people and being able to offer an unforgettable stay, in our opinion.
Located just 5 km from Sarnico, on the beautiful Lake Iseo, in a picturesque hilly area, this enchanting place is halfway between the charming cities of Bergamo and Brescia. Moreover, it is conveniently accessible in just 20 minutes from Orio al Serio airport and only 40 minutes from Milan. Adrara S.Martino is also close to the renowned Franciacorta region, famous for its food and wine itineraries. This lovely village is situated on the hills west of Lake Iseo, at an altitude of 400 meters. It is the ideal place for pleasant walks, hikes, and trekking. Don't forget to visit Monteisola, the largest lake island in Europe, as well as the picturesque towns of Iseo, Sarnico, and Lovere.
