The B&B is housed in a bio-constructed house, using natural materials such as red clay to color shutters, balconies, and gates, and predominantly wood as the main building material. The two spacious rooms - double or triple - are covered with wood and naturally scented. The large bathtub allows for moments of pleasure and pure relaxation, to be enjoyed with excellent essential oils, which can also be found in the rooms along with a pleasant lamp that allows for the diffusion of scents.
Buffet breakfasts that are rich and delicious, with an emphasis on organic options whenever possible. Fresh bread, milk, and butter from the Trentino region are offered, as well as muesli, a specialty made from mixed cereals, oily seeds, and dried fruit. Amaranth and sesame slices are served with jams that can be made without sugar upon request. Coffee and Yannoh coffee, apple juice from the Non Valley, fruit infusions, and detoxifying and invigorating teas such as rooibos, green tea, and black tea are also available. Sweeteners like whole cane sugar, white sugar, honey, and fructose are offered. Seasonal fruit, especially apples from the Non Valley, as well as whole and non-whole grain biscuits made from wheat, kamut, and spelt flour are available upon request. We strive to satisfy the needs of all customers, including children, those with intolerances, celiac disease, allergies, and vegans with a typical, abundant breakfast that is tailored to their needs.
