Cozy and renovated structure, tastefully furnished with rustic and simple charm, that showcases the allure of stone and the warmth of wood. You will be immersed in the spaciousness of a country farmhouse, with rustic stone walls. The rooms have independent entrances and offer year-round comfort, thanks to heating in winter and air conditioning in summer. Each room has spacious bathrooms with generous shower cabins and windows. On the ground floor, you will find a large lounge with tables, sofas, and a wood-burning stove, available for our guests to use. The lounge is also equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. Outside, you can relax in the garden of an ancient rustic courtyard and take advantage of convenient reserved parking.
Always at your disposal: coffee, milk, tea, herbal or fruit infusions, hot chocolate, and fruit juices. You can also enjoy yogurt in various flavors, cereals such as corn flakes, honey, toast, jams, butter, and a selection of packaged snacks.
Depending on the availability of the day or upon request, we will offer you fresh bread, typical local pastries or homemade ones, such as gubana, strudel, tarts, and sweet focaccias.
You can also taste freshly prepared cold cuts and cheeses, such as raw ham, cooked ham, speck, and bacon. Upon request, we can also prepare eggs, omelettes, and bacon.

We reside in a peaceful and secluded area, surrounded by a dead-end street exclusively for residents. From here, you can enjoy expansive views of our enchanting countryside. Our location is extremely convenient, a short distance from the Palmanova or Villesse highway exits. Additionally, we are in proximity to famous places such as Ikea, Tiare Shopping Center, and Palmanova Outlet Village. If you are passionate about art and history, you will have the opportunity to easily visit Grado, Palmanova, Aquileia, and Cividale, even by bicycle. There are also trattorias and small restaurants nearby that we will be happy to recommend, just a few minutes' drive from here.
