The B&B "Casa De Flumeri" is located in a beautiful recently built villa with a garden, situated in the quiet residential area of Calolziocorte at the foot of the hills. It is the ideal place for both short and long term business and vacation stays.
Upon arrival in the parking lot in front of the house, you will enter the garden that surrounds the property.
The dedicated area for the B&B and the surrounding garden are completely independent and available to guests. The main entrance is on the ground floor and leads directly to a spacious and bright living room, connected to a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. A convenient internal staircase will take you to the upper floor, where you will find three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The living area is located on the ground floor and includes a large dining room, where breakfast is served, and a lounge-study area with a TV and computer, where guests can relax freely and have direct access to the garden. Additionally, there is a large kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The sleeping area consists of a hallway that leads to the three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Green Room: A double/twin room with a balcony, where a cot can be added for a small child.
Blue Room: A double/twin room, with the possibility of adding a bed for a teenager.
Yellow Room: A room with a bed and a balcony.
