CasaCucù is a delightful Vacation Home located next to our residence, nestled in a charming and peaceful residential area in the center of Anguillara. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, providing accommodation for four adults or a family with children. Upon request, we can provide a travel crib for the little ones.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe for your clothes, a small wall table, chairs, and bedside tables. The private bathroom, directly accessible from the bedroom, is equipped with a sink, toilet, bidet, and a small bathtub.
The cozy living room can accommodate two people on the comfortable sofa bed and is also furnished with a table, a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, and a bedside table with a television. Additionally, there is WiFi internet access available with your own laptop or smartphone.
The kitchen, or more precisely the kitchenette, is equipped with everything you need: a stove, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils, as well as a table and chairs for four people. Guests also have access to a washing machine, a kettle, and a small pantry. A second bathroom, for shared or exclusive use of the living room guests, is located next to the entrance of the house and is directly accessible from the kitchen. It is equipped with a sink, toilet-bidet, and shower.
Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to the garden through a French door. Here you can enjoy a comfortable outdoor table and a useful umbrella during the warmer seasons. For the little ones (and also for the grown-ups), there is an adorable swing and scattered games throughout the garden.
The garden connects CasaCucù to our residence but is naturally available for guests to enjoy without any particular limitations, except for respecting the normal rules of coexistence, the same ones you would expect during a stay in a B&B.
CasaCucù is located in the heart of Anguillara Sabazia, about six hundred meters from Lake Bracciano and the historic center of the town. Once you take Via San Francesco, with the lake behind you and the Church of San Francesco on the right, you will find the entrance after about 200 meters on the left.
About 3.5 km from CasaCucù, you will find Anguillara station, where you can take a train to Rome or Viterbo. The railway line is FR3 and it takes about 50 minutes to reach Rome Ostiense or Trastevere, and 36 minutes to get to Valle Aurelia (in the direction of Rome), which is an interchange station with metro line A. If you want to travel in the opposite direction, the city of Viterbo can be reached directly by train in about 50 minutes. A small bus serves Via Anguillarese, connecting the station, the central area of the city, and the pier.
If you are coming from Rome, make sure to take the train that continues to Viterbo. There is another train on the same route that terminates at Cesano di Roma, which is the stop before Anguillara. In case of any mistake, don't worry, you can always take the next train, which usually departs after about 15 minutes and continues towards Viterbo.
For precise schedules, we recommend visiting the Trenitalia website.
