Our delightful breakfast is highly appreciated by our guests and is freshly prepared every morning. We highlight the coffee from a local roastery along with tasty pastries, bread, artisanal cheeses, and cold cuts. The milk, yogurt, and cream come from the enchanting lands of Maremma, and we use eggs from our free-range chickens to prepare custom dishes for our guests. Every day, we offer both the classic Italian breakfast and the American one. We love to showcase seasonal fruit and traditional dishes. During Easter, we prepare the traditional "Colazione Cortonese" with typical sweet and savory treats, served with hard-boiled eggs and green sauce; during the grape harvest, you can find the delicious "ciaccia" with grapes, while during Carnival, "struffoli" take center stage, as well as "pandoro" during Christmas, along with other delicacies. We serve breakfast from 8 to 10 in our cozy private breakfast room, at a specially reserved table for you. With prior notice, we are able to offer alternatives for almost all dietary restrictions. In the past, we have successfully found suitable solutions for celiac, vegetarian, vegan, and lactose-intolerant individuals.
