We are located near the magnificent medieval village of San Gusmè. Our guests can stay in charming accommodations located within a suggestive villa dating back to the 19th century.
La Casaccia Guefi is a family home of the Socini Guelfi for several generations. Our ancestors have always passionately cultivated the production of fine wines and have devoted themselves to the care of this place. It was Guelfi Guelfi, son of Angiolo and a brave fighter alongside Garibaldi during the Risorgimento, who wanted to display an image with the motto "For us and for you" on the facade of the villa. This motto encapsulates our desire to share this place with all those who wish to enjoy it with us.
The apartments available to our guests are spacious and offer wonderful panoramic views. The interiors are furnished in an antique style, following the typical Tuscan style. Our agritourism structure includes a total of 3 apartments, each with its own independent entrance. All the apartments are large and panoramic, consisting of one or two double bedrooms. The charming living rooms, some equipped with a fireplace, offer an enchanting view that can be admired from their windows. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings are antique and the structure reflects the typical style of Tuscan houses, with chestnut beam ceilings, exposed stone walls, and Tuscan terracotta floors.

CASA ANGIOLINA, located on the first floor of the villa, which has a private entrance and it is about 60 square meters (approximately 645 square feet). Casa Angiolina consists of one double bedroom, one bathrooms with shower , a living room with two windows facing toward the Chianti hills. The kitchen, that is part of the living room, is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove. The living room has a king size sofa bed .The apartment has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection.

Guests have access to our garden, swimming pool (12x4x1 meters; 0.20 to 1, 40 meters deep - open from June to September), which is located in a quiet and reserved place with a wonderful view, surronded by olive trees, barbecue area next to the swimming pool, playground (with swings and slide), special area dedicated to dogs, private parking.
CASA GIROLAMA, located on the second floor of the villa, which has a private entrance and it is about 100 square meters (approximately 1076 square feet). Casa Girolama consists of two bedrooms (one is double and the other you can chose if you prefer 2 twin beds or one double), one spacious bathrooms with shower and skylight , a living room with fireplace. The view from the two living room windows is enchanting, since they face toward the Chianti hills. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove. The apartment has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi connection.

Our farmhouse is located near the beautiful medieval village of San Gusmè. We are situated in one of the most precious and still relatively unknown areas of the Sienese Chianti, just a short distance from the charming areas of the Crete, Valdorcia, and Valdichiana, only a twenty-minute drive from Siena.
In the immediate vicinity, within an hour's drive, you can visit enchanting places such as San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, and Cortona. It takes just over an hour to reach the center of Florence, while the center of Rome is less than two and a half hours away. Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Todi, and Gubbio are reachable by car in one or two hours. The ski slopes of Monte Amiata are less than two hours away, as are the "blue flag" beaches of Castiglion della Pescaia and Follonica.
The Gran Sasso National Park is a three-hour journey, while the Casentino Forests National Park and the Uccellina Park in Maremma can be reached in less than two hours. The nearest thermal spas are just a 20-minute drive away, and golf courses are less than 40 minutes away. Additionally, there are parks and specialized areas for children just 20 minutes away. The multi-brand outlets (Valdichiana and The Mall) can be reached in 35 and 50 minutes respectively, while the Prada outlet is only 35 minutes away.
