Casa Buffa
The Casa Buffa apartment has recently been renovated to offer a delightful stay. Upon entering, you will find a spacious and welcoming area, while the living room, in American style, is equipped with a comfortable French sofa bed (140 cm) and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. You can enjoy a coffee on the small balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard typical of the area.
The bedroom is spacious and furnished with a 160 cm double bed, a large six-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The complete bathroom is functional and has a shower measuring 70*90 cm. Upon request and for an additional fee, it is possible to use an armchair bed as an extra bed, but it is important to use it only with sheets to preserve the mattress.

I enjoy discovering new places during my travels. In the past, I worked in the field of advertising graphics, but now I have fun experimenting with different forms of creative expression, such as scrapbooking, creative sewing, painting, decorations, and creating flowers with foam and paper. After losing my job as a graphic designer, I started teaching at school and discovered a fascinating world.
San Lorenzo is a highly popular neighborhood among students, thanks to its close proximity to the University. It is renowned for its nightlife venues, where you can enjoy delicious meals at very affordable prices. Casa Buffa is located in one of the few buildings that remained intact during World War II, making it an ideal place for those who wish to visit the splendid city of Rome. Its proximity to Termini Station and Tiburtina Station makes it a strategic starting point, with several bus lines that will take you directly to Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore, a charming square located in the homonymous neighborhood. Here you can admire the Column of Peace, the fountain, and the magnificent façade of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
In front of Casa Buffa, you will find the stops of two historic trams, the 19 and the 3, which will take you directly to the Vatican, the Colosseum, and Piazza del Popolo. Furthermore, the A and B subway stations are easily accessible from Termini Station. The location of Casa Buffa is particularly advantageous for those with work or university commitments, as it is close to Sapienza University, Umberto I Polyclinic, and also the National Research Council (CNR).
