Just a few steps away from the lakeside promenade and its beaches, situated on the second floor of a historic building in the pedestrian area, it offers you all the advantages of a quiet and comfortable stay.
Within a few meters, you will find restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the pier for a nice boat excursion on the lake or the bus station to move around the nearby areas without the need for a car.
The apartments do not have an elevator, so they are not suitable for people with disabilities.

Garda is a peaceful lakeside town from which several important destinations can be reached, such as Verona, Venice, Mantua, and Milan. For those who love mountain excursions, a visit to Monte Baldo is a must, with its cable car starting from Malcesine.
Adventure and fun are just 20 minutes away with the parks of Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva World.
The Iperaffi Shopping Center is ideal for shopping and is about 15 minutes away from Garda. The Dipiù Supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away.
