We offer a comfortable single room with a shared bathroom with another room, as well as spacious and welcoming common areas such as the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a livable terrace. You can enjoy your privacy and at the same time share pleasant moments with other guests.
The buffet breakfast is included in the price and will allow you to start the day with energy and taste. Furthermore, upon request, we offer a convenient transportation service to and from the airport, to make your arrival and departure even easier.

The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and far away from the most crowded areas. It is located close to the university and the hospital, making it very convenient. The city center can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes, while the upper city is less than half an hour away.
