B&B Casa Avisio

The Casa Avisio B&B is located in a peaceful area of the Carpenedo neighborhood in Mestre, ideal for a relaxing stay. It is situated just a short walk from the tram and bus stop, which will take you directly to Venice. Nearby, you will also find the Bissuola Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll outdoors.

The center of Mestre is easily accessible on foot or by tram, offering the opportunity to explore this lively city. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity, you will find a variety of restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and spend pleasant evenings.

The B&B is conveniently accessible by public transport, only 15 minutes from Mestre Station and 20 minutes from Venice. Additionally, if you arrive from the airport, it will only take you 10 minutes by taxi to reach us.

Our spacious room has just been renovated and offers all the comfort you need during your stay. It features air conditioning and underfloor heating to ensure a pleasant temperature in every season. Additionally, you will find a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal infusions, and a fridge at your disposal.

The room has its own independent entrance overlooking our lovely private garden. It consists of a bedroom, a hallway with a coat rack, and a bathroom, providing a total space of approximately 30 square meters. We also have a small table with chairs in front of the entrance, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.
