The structure is located on a plot of land inherited by Francesco from his beloved mother. Thanks to his humble work as a farmer and the help of his children, this splendid establishment was built. Our success is based on a close family collaboration that still remains our strength today. Our brand-new B&B is located just a few steps from the Church of San Pio, designed by architect Renzo Piano. You can reach it by crossing a pedestrian avenue that leads to the majestic cross at the main entrance. Furthermore, nearby you will find important pilgrimage sites such as the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, the Hospital Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza, and the Via Crucis.

The location of our B&B is extremely convenient for visitors, whether they are traveling by car or using public transportation, thanks to the proximity to bus stops that connect our town to the main Italian cities. Once guests arrive at the property, they can easily move around on foot to reach the famous San Pio sanctuary (you will find a map of the San Pio sanctuary) or use public transportation to reach the center of San Giovanni Rotondo.
