Located on the fourth and fifth floors of a large building next to the Basilica del Carmine, the property enjoys enviable tranquility while still being a short distance from the train station and city center. From the windows, you can admire the beautiful surrounding panorama, and from the spacious sun terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of much of Padua.
The rooms and communal spaces are spacious and designed to make you feel at home. If desired, you can also cook (for an additional fee) and share meals in the communal spaces. There is a large indoor breakfast room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room available to guests, and a vast sun terrace.
Our main strength is the terrace, with over 300 square meters suspended between sky and city. Partially covered by a roof in the central area, it can be enjoyed even during rain. You can savor an evening aperitif or have a coffee in the morning. Perfect for reading a book or sunbathing, right in the center of Padua, in absolute peace.
