The Cà Rossa Suite & Breakfast is easily recognizable. It stands among the vineyards in the mountainous area of Valtellina, right below Castel Grumello. It is an Agriturismo that is part of a farm, but it is actually a B&B. Opened in October 2019, it is brand new and unique in its originality both in terms of location and structure. It has only two truly special rooms: the Pop suite and the Retro suite, which offer a total of four beds. They are located below the famous Cà Rossa, which dominates the entire Valtellina valley. This is a very special location for those who are looking for not only a place to stay, but also an unforgettable emotional experience. The rooms of Cà Rossa Suite & Breakfast are two splendid suites, situated on two levels among the vineyards, those terraces that have been declared a UNESCO heritage site. They have been carved into the rock and offer a breathtaking view of Sondrio, Grumello, and the entire valley below. Each of them is equipped with a fantastic, private, and very secluded panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy peace and tranquility all year round. The sun in this area, if the clouds allow it, also warms up during winter. If you love being surrounded by nature, this is the ideal place to relax!

Breakfast is served directly in our suites, with a touch of authenticity: the "cavagn" basket (used to collect grapes during the harvest). You can choose the time you prefer.
Claudia loves preparing delicious sweets, so at your awakening you can enjoy muffins with chocolate chips or small tarts with local jam, plum-cake, cream-filled doughnuts, double-layer ricotta and Nutella tart, carrot cake.
Of course, we also offer coffee, milk, butter, biscuits (all made by Claudia), bread and fresh croissants from a renowned local pastry shop. You can also choose from selected and genuine juices, fresh honey, chocolate/fruit cornflakes, puffed durum wheat, ovomaltine, and delicious yogurt produced by our friend Ugo from GOCCE DI MEMORIA.
Furthermore, you can order according to your preference: salmon tartare (truly sublime), cold cuts and cheeses, organic pineapple, orange, pomegranate, tomato, and grapefruit juices, bacon and eggs.

Ca' Rossa is the perfect place to explore nearby wineries, take a trip on the Bernina Red Train, go for walks along the terraced road and alpine trails, not forgetting bike rides. We are located just a few kilometers from the city of Sondrio. Nearby you can find Castel Grumello, the Sondrio museum, and the whole panorama of the central valley, discovering the places that make up the real Valtellina, such as Poggiridenti, Tresivio, Teglio, and of course, Montagna in Valtellina. A few kilometers away, there are numerous high-quality restaurants and small, charming historical wineries. It is easy to reach us. A different and unique stop from the usual routine, before or after a pleasant day on the famous Bernina Red Train. In fact, we are only a 25/30-minute drive from the starting station in Tirano. Near us, there is Valmalenco, a small but renowned ski resort. A few kilometers away, you will find the splendid Val Masino, Val Tartano with its Tibetan bridge, and Val Gerola. Our valley is a unique discovery, just like our suites!
