The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for longer stays, while the bathroom, featuring a large shower with exquisite finishes, invites moments of pure relaxation. A comfortable loft accommodates two single beds, allowing the space to host up to four people, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

The location is strategic: just 50 meters from the entrance of the Bologna Fair and directly across from the bus stop that connects to the historic center in just a few stops. In only ten minutes, you can also reach FICO Eataly World, one of the most significant theme parks dedicated to food and agriculture.

There is convenient private parking available next to the entrance, which can be reserved for a small daily fee.
