B&B Carella introduces you to the colors of a land that you have never known so intimately. Our rooms, located inside the ancient noble palace of Carella, feature five different typically Sicilian themes in their furnishings: the Volcano Room, red and passionate with its whirlpool tub, is perfect for romantic getaways; the Sea Room, blue, fresh, and romantic with its white canopy, recalls the typical decor of Mediterranean homes; the Nebrodi Room, with its wooden decorations and forest colors, is a true green oasis in the city center; the Citrus Room is suitable for adventurous friends who appreciate the comfort of a welcoming and design B&B; and the Temple Room, elegant and with soft, calming colors. The elegant late 19th century palace gives personality and character to a bed and breakfast that also stands out for its unique location.
The breakfast will be especially abundant and diverse in order to meet the tastes of all our clients, both Italian and foreign, without forgetting to dedicate adequate space to typical local products.
It is possible, but only upon request by the client, to provide a breakfast suitable for those with celiac disease.

I love to travel and discover the stories and people of the places I visit. I firmly believe that every street, every alley, every corner evokes and tells stories as if they were books. In fact, I believe that getting to know a city means first and foremost smelling it with the nose of those who live there, hearing it with the ears of those who experience it. That's why I've always chosen the B&B formula when planning my vacations, and it's with this spirit that I manage this place!
The B&B Carella is located in the heart of the historic center, halfway between the sea and the city's living room. Just a few meters to the right is Piazza Verdi with the majestic Teatro Massimo (one of the main attractions of the city), the historic Capo market, the Teatro Politeama with its Piazza Castelnuovo, the pulsating center of the city. In a few steps you can reach Via Maqueda, a pedestrian shopping street that leads to the famous Quattro Canti and Corso Vittorio Emanuele with the Cathedral and the Palazzo dei Normanni (with the wonderful Palatine Chapel). On the left side, you can easily reach the Foro Italico and the Cala, with its stunning crystal clear sea and the "passìo". The area where the B&B Carella is located is a quiet and monitored area: right in front is the Prefecture (set in a sparkling villa of the Florio family) and the barracks of the Guardia di Finanza. Right at the corner of the street, you can find the stops for the main city buses and for the Mondello beach.
