The Campanì B&B is situated in a charming farmhouse, surrounded by hills and only a five-minute walk from the historic center. This delightful accommodation features two double rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. Guests can enjoy the garden and the spacious terrace, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and moments of relaxation. Additionally, bicycles can be rented for pleasant walks in the beautiful Franciacorta area. The rooms that now welcome guests were previously inhabited by the owners and over the years have been assigned to various family members. Until 1999, they were even the grandparents' residence, and Anna had her own room there. As a child, she had breakfast with them and slept with her grandmother Maria in the room that now offers a splendid view of the small church of San Rocco.
The current rooms are very comfortable, simple, and spacious, guaranteeing a peaceful environment perfect for rest. There are three types of rooms available: two double rooms and one with two single beds. Each room has a private bathroom, recreating the intimacy found in our own homes. Two of the rooms share a small kitchen area, where breakfast is prepared during the winter. Additionally, for those who wish, it is possible to cook a hot meal, enjoy an evening herbal tea, or have the first coffee of the morning. The three rooms overlook a common space, where breakfast can be enjoyed and pleasant moments can be shared with other guests, if desired.
Usually, Lucia delights her guests with her delicious breakfasts on the terrace starting from spring. However, if the weather permits and guests are interested, she can also offer these breakfasts during the beautiful days of November. During winter, when warmth and intimacy are desired, awakenings are accompanied by a plentiful and diverse breakfast, just like a special gift on the night of Santa Lucia.

After my adventures, sometimes long, returning home appeared truly wonderful to me. Crossing the gate and immersing myself in an oasis of beauty.
There, waiting for me, often with some changes dictated by the seasons, but always warm like a sweet embrace from grandma or mom.
The magnificent jasmine that delimited the perimeter, as if it were the crown of a queen, the flowers that bloomed every spring thanks to Lucia's loving care. The scent of sheets hung in the sun or of apple and coffee cake that said good morning to me.. Entering that courtyard, I immediately felt like a child and the impulse to leave again became bitter. But every time, before a new departure, she would give me a flower from the garden, the pomegranate for good luck if it was autumn, or the winter jasmine if it was winter. As I left the courtyard, I would find her on the terrace with a smile and a wave of her hand to accompany me on my new journey! Now I live in the attic and she, like yesterday, repeats with joy, love, and dedication the same gestures!
