Campaciòl
The charming Campaciòl house was built back in 1864. It is the only authentic Bed & Breakfast in Livigno. The Campaciol residence still has its intact ancient rooms made of cedarwood. After careful restoration in 2010, the fascinating centuries-old wooden rooms have come back to life. During the renovation, we paid great attention to the recovery of original materials, the use of eco-friendly materials, and the use of renewable energy.
Located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Livigno, at an altitude of 1900 meters, the Campaciòl chalet is only 5 kilometers away from the center. Just 20 meters from the property, there is a free urban bus stop that will take you to the center of Livigno and the ski slopes in just a few minutes, all year round.
The pulsating heart of the property is represented by the "Stua da la Pigna," where you will be greeted by the warmth of the ancient stone stove and can enjoy breakfast and moments of peace and fun.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the chalet, and there is a cozy reading corner for moments of relaxation.
In the surrounding area, in every season, you can enjoy the untouched beauty of our valleys.
The cross-country ski trail starts directly from Campaciol, while numerous walks will take you to enchanting natural corners suitable for every time of the year.
Campaciol's delicious breakfast is carefully prepared using the best local products from organic or fair trade agriculture. You can enjoy milk, yogurt, and butter from the renowned Livigno Dairy, a selection of homemade jams, freshly baked bread both white and with 5 cereals, artisanal honey from the beautiful Valtellina, cakes made with fresh ingredients, fruit and fruit juice, coffee, tea and herbal teas, crunchy cereals, local cold cuts and alpine cheeses from our mountains. Campaciol's breakfast will let you savor ancient flavors, it will be plentiful and above all authentic!
Intimate and cosy, "Sctua Maria" is a wooden room that welcomes you with the scent and warmth of pine tree. Its bathroom with shower is very bright.
"Sctua da Damin" is a large and bright room, entirely made in Swiss pine. In this centenarian room you can spend timeless moments staring at the surrounding peaks and wood from the window. The room has a very nice bathroom with shower.
"Sctua dal Mika" has twin beds and a double bed on a charming loft made of natural fir. The century-old cross beams and roof tiles remind you of charming times gone by. Its bathroom has a large shower.
I absolutely love my adorable family, the enchanting Nature, and my beautiful country! With great enthusiasm, I have dedicated my efforts to renovating the ancient dwelling of my predecessors, creating a unique and special environment for wonderful vacation days. It is my wish that my guests are warmly welcomed and made to feel like they are part of our big family.
Campaciol is located at an altitude of 1900 meters, at the southern end of the Livigno Valley, heading towards the Forcola Pass that leads to Switzerland. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there are numerous walks and routes to explore on foot or by bike, suitable for all tastes. You can admire enchanting forests, streams, alpine lakes, and waterfalls, as well as mountain roads that will quickly take you to the center of Livigno, the nearby Engadine, or Bormio with its renowned thermal baths.
In winter, right in front of Campaciol, there is a cross-country ski trail that offers a circular route immersed in silence and surrounded by majestic mountains!
