The Ca' Marcello farmhouse is conveniently located near Venice, in the area of Mira between Oriago and Malcontenta, just 2 km away from the famous Villa Foscari designed by Palladio.
Venice can be easily reached by bus (stop 900 m away) or waterbus (from Fusina, 8 km away).
We offer different types of accommodation, including rooms and apartments. The double rooms have various sizes and one of them has the possibility of adding two single sofa beds. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and heating, and Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
The one-bedroom apartments have a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a third bed, bathroom, kitchen/living room. The two-bedroom apartments include a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Any request for an extra bed must be agreed in advance.
All apartments have air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.
The surrounding area is very peaceful and immersed in the greenery of the Venetian countryside, the ideal place to relax. Inside the property, there is a tree-lined avenue that runs along the entire length of the property, which is beautiful in all seasons.
We offer a wide range of services including a summer swimming pool with a solarium, bike rental, sit-on-top kayak rental for two people, games for children, ping pong, and foosball.
Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, we offer two breakfast options, which must be requested in advance based on guests' preferences.
We do not have a breakfast room, but each room is equipped with a table (more or less large depending on the room) and chairs, as well as cups, cutlery, glasses, and a refrigerator. Additionally, there is a common area for three rooms (see photo) with a coffee/tea/chamomile/barley machine, a microwave, and a water boiler.
The sweet breakfast includes toast, jam, hazelnut spread, honey, biscuits, milk, white yogurt, butter, apples, and fresh croissants/brioche (various flavors available) every morning. The cost is 5.00 euros per person.
The savory breakfast, on the other hand, includes toast, jam, hazelnut spread, honey, milk, butter, apples, ham (cooked or raw), and sliced cheese (white provolone or mozzarella), served with fresh bread every morning. The cost is 6.00 euros per person.

Silvio, the friendly owner of the agriturismo, takes care of the countryside, garden, pool, and vegetable garden. He personally welcomes guests, who enjoy engaging in pleasant conversations about his passions: countryside life and the Veneto region.
Silvio can also speak French.
He is moved when foreign guests arrive, eager to explore their Italian roots, as their families were among the many Venetians who emigrated over the years! He is happy when he is surrounded by his grandchildren.
He has also written a book, during the quieter winter months: "A Botegaro Laughs," which tells the stories of various characters that Silvio encountered during his previous working life, as seen from his perspective as a botegaro. It is a light and entertaining work, offering a pleasant read for those who have spent many hours behind or in front of a counter, either as a botegaro or as a customer.
His daughter Fabiana assists with all the bookings, as well as with the daily management of the rooms. She can speak French and English.
The agriturismo is located just a few kilometers from Venice, in a quiet area along the Riviera del Brenta, close to the Villa Foscari by Palladio (Malcontenta). It is an ideal place to relax surrounded by the greenery of the Venetian countryside, and to enjoy the outdoor pool during the summer. It is also perfect for families.
The agriturismo is an excellent starting point for visiting Venice, the Riviera del Brenta with its historic villas, the WWF Oasis Valle Averto, and other places of interest in the Veneto region, including Chioggia and the beach of Sottomarina, Padua and the Euganean Hills, walled cities, Treviso and the areas of Prosecco D.O.C., Vicenza, Bassano del Grappa, Verona and Lake Garda.
