The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor, and can be accessed with a key-protected elevator. It has been completely renovated in 2017 to offer all the necessary comforts. Air conditioning is available in all rooms and can be adjusted as desired. Upon request, we can provide a crib for the bedroom. You will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The rooms are equipped with a safe, a desk, and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The entrance door is reinforced and protected by a code and an electronic key.
Street parking is easy to find and convenient for our guests.

In the refrigerator, you will find mineral water, fruit juice, and milk for you, kind guests.
You can enjoy coffee and tea, cookies, toast, individually packaged jam and corn flakes, so you can prepare a breakfast of your choice in complete relaxation.
In the kitchen, you will also find practical single-use packages of extra virgin olive oil, coarse and fine salt, pepper, vinegar, and a variety of seasonings, allowing you to cook and enjoy a lunch or dinner to your liking.

Bus and local train stops are nearby, and we can also book a taxi service for you or, if you prefer, personally accompany you to your destinations.
The structure is extremely convenient for those who need to go to the renowned Villa Chiara clinic, attend a concert at the Unipol Arena, carry out work activities or participate in updating courses in the industrial area of Casalecchio, Riale, Zola Predosa, Crespellano. The bus service, which has an urban fare, can also be used to reach the lively city of Bologna. Furthermore, for those who wish to visit the Exhibition Center, in addition to public transport such as buses and local trains (with the same ticket as Garibaldi Station, just 300 meters away), upon request and subject to availability, we offer the possibility of being driven by car. This service is also available to reach the airport or the train station in Bologna. Moreover, the Bolognese Apennines are located near Casalecchio and offer the opportunity to go on excursions in the beautiful surrounding area, visit picturesque lakes, and enjoy culinary delights in authentic local restaurants.
