The apartment is located in the Isolotto neighborhood, a residential area known for its peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere, featuring spacious green areas, well-maintained gardens, and excellent access to amenities, all within a low-traffic environment. It is situated across the river from the famous Cascine Park.
To reach the city center, guests can take the Tram from the Talenti stop, which is just a 15-minute walk away, allowing them to arrive downtown in only 12 minutes. Alternatively, they can catch bus number 9 from the Torcicoda Senesi stop, just a 4-minute walk from the apartment, and get off at the Torcicoda Azalee stop. From there, it’s a simple matter of crossing the street to catch the tram at the Batoni stop heading towards Alamanni, and then disembarking at the Santa Maria Novella station.
For the return trip, guests can take the T1 tram towards Villa Costanza and get off at the Talenti stop, then walk home, or they can alight at Batoni and take bus number 9 back.
Tickets can be purchased at a tobacco shop and must be validated on board; they are valid for 90 minutes and can be used for both buses and trams. It is also possible to buy tickets via SMS, following the instructions provided on public transport.
